Because of some technical issues with the original public notice, Owyhee County has rescheduled a series of Planning and Zoning Commission public hearings.
The hearings address a slew of conditional use permit applications filed by White Cloud Communications and DeLamar Mining Co., seeking permission to erect a series of communication towers at several locations.
“It was discovered that some of the remote properties had not been properly posted, so we had to start again with the process to allow on-site posting of the notice,” County Clerk Angie Barkell said.
The hearings now will begin at 9:30 a.m., on Tuesday, Aug. 10 inside the Owyhee County Courthouse Annex Building, 17069 Basey St., in Murphy.
